Tropical Storm Cindy Develops

There are now two active Tropical Storms in the Atlantic Ocean basin.  Tropical Storm Cindy has formed northeast of Bermuda.  This is going nowhere but out to sea and it will not become a hurricane.  Bret is weakening and it will be downgraded to tropical depression status later tonight or tomorrow.  Watching Africa for tropical waves now as the atmosphere is slowly becoming more favorable for tropical development.
